KABUKI SYNDROME (KS) IS A RARE MULTISYSTEMIC DISEASE DUE TO MUTATIONS IN THE KMT2D OR KDM6A GENES, WHICH ACT AS EPIGENETIC MODULATORS OF DIFFERENT PROCESSES, INCLUDING IMMUNE RESPONSE.
